Fix pool max amount click handling

Fixes #23

Summary

• Forward LabelValue click events when isClickable is enabled so the pool deposit/withdraw max amount handlers actually run.
• Clarify the deposit modal balance label as wallet balance and the withdraw modal label as available to withdraw.

Verification

• npm ci
• npm run build (passes; existing Svelte/a11y/dependency warnings remain)
