Thanks @MacEntyre — I applied a small formal fix to align the vendor slug with the filename/logo naming.

Validation is passing on my side now.

Unfortunately Gekkoscience "Bitaxe" doesn't qualify for the legitlist as they have chosen not to follow the open source license.
