Simple clean architecture template with Balzor frontend

Usage as a template

• Clean files which you don't want to be included in the template(.git, .vs, bin, obj, etc...)
• Run this command from the root of the solution dotnet new install .\
• To create a new project using this template run dotnet new clean-web-blazor -n MyProject
