We both solved the same issue (the four user parameters/models have different numbers of columns and thus require different numbers of caterpillar plots) in different ways, went with Alyssa’s version as it looked cleaner (as always)
Kept mostly Ian’s stuff, as it produces the most current figures and looked a bit more polished

This is the script that produces Figure 5.A, which is dependent on the outputs created by scripts 9.Predict_OOS.R and 9.Predict_OOS_conditional.R
Some of these changes are very important, such as adding the ability to zoom into specific management areas/taxa when looking at the OOS predictions
