- District-Level Stamp Duty with Female Buyer Concession
- Bank FOIR Underwriting Check (RBI 50% limit)
- Hidden Fee Aggregator (bank fees, legal, property tax)
- Property Age & Structural Depreciation Factor
1. Dynamic GST Slab Auto-Classifier (0%/1%/5%) 2. District-Level Stamp Duty with Female Buyer Concession 3. Bank FOIR Underwriting Check (RBI 50% limit) 4. Hidden Fee Aggregator (bank fees, legal, property tax) 5. Property Age & Structural Depreciation Factor All 5 features are tightly coupled through shared schemas and calculation pipeline.
