Pull request overview
This PR fixes a storage and bandwidth waste issue by preventing CPython source archives from being included in Unix release artifacts. The source archive is only needed during compilation and should not be part of the final artifact.
- Changes the download location of CPython source archives from
WorkFolderLocation(which is archived) toTempFolderLocation(which is excluded from artifacts)

CPython sources are currently included in release artefacts. This wastes storage & bandwidth.
