I’m a researcher in Embodied AI with a slightly unusual dream: “Design a machine that can design other machines”. My work sits at the intersection of Robotics and Learning — basically, I create magic to co-design the brain, body, and environment of embodied agents so they’re not only structurally sound but also behaviorally brilliant 😉.
I earned my B.Eng. from Southwest Minzu University (2020) and my M.Eng. from Tsinghua University (2023), where I was lucky to be advised by Prof. Xueqian Wang. Right now, I’m chasing a Ph.D. in Control Science and Engineering — also at Tsinghua. Outside the lab, I’ve had the pleasure of being a research intern at Tencent AI Lab (2022–2023), thanks to the 2022 Tencent Rhino-Bird Research Elite Program. There I worked with Shuang Wu and Haobo Fu on something I truly enjoyed: generating user-specified behavioral diversity for Game AI.
When I’m not thinking about embodied agents, you’ll likely find me listening to Hikaru Utada (my all-time favorite singer), or laughing out loud at comedies and talk shows. If any of my research — or just the idea of it — sparks your curiosity, feel free to drop me an email 📬. I’d love to chat!
