A playtime-tracking plugin for hMod v131.
Displays the playtime of the sender or a specified player if they're online.

Mostly improvements I should have probably included in v1.0
- Removed commas and seconds from playtimes
- Added /pt and /ptt as aliases for /playtime and /playtimetop
- Changed the message of /playtime to blue, apart from the time staying aqua
- /playtime now updates the playtime of a non-sender player if they are online
- /playtime can now be used from console if a player is specified
- /playtimetop now updates the playtimes of any online players it lists
