Ability recharge frames

This script allows you to generate cooldown frames of the ability.

Quick start

• Install python 3.7+
• Install the Pillow library (enter "pip install Pillow" in the command line)
• Start frame.py

Customization

• size - output frame size
• count_frames - the number of frames

Example for 10 frames
