Currently, equipment tooltips only say how much attack/health/block they provide to each soldier per level, which is rather useless from a practical standpoint. These changes should help players get a better feel for how much of a real benefit each piece of equipment is providing. Buffs and debuffs--most notably, Coordinations--are factored in and the resulting stat value is appended to the tooltip text, along with a short description.
I also standardized the punctuation at the end of the equipment tooltips, and clarified part of the prestige tooltips.
