This bumps the minimum
pygmentsversion to 2.20.0 as requested in #6507,to address CVE-2026-4539.
Note: the existing
^2.19.2constraint already permits 2.20.0, so thisonly raises the floor to make the intent explicit. Happy to close if the
maintainers consider this unnecessary.
