Fix a broken link in
what-is-docker.mdxand standardize date string formatting in all blog post frontmatter.The
updatedDateforwhat-is-docker.mdxwas updated to08-29-2025because a broken link was fixed. For all other blog posts,publishDateandupdatedDatestrings were wrapped in quotes for YAML consistency, but their values were not changed as these were not content updates.
