Fix applet button clipping#1

The applet button was clipping its contents because `button_from_element` defaults to a fixed width matching a single symbolic icon size. This was updated to set the width to `cosmic::iced::Length::Shrink` so it expands to fit the dynamic row of icons (volume, network, and battery).
