The two new README badges link to AIUZ-Terra-Codex-EcoSystem/terra-legal, but the rest of this commit consistently documents the legal layer as AIUZ-Terra-Codex-EcoSystem/.terra-legal (for example in LINKING-INSTRUCTIONS.md). This mismatch makes the badges route users to the wrong destination, so the primary legal/governance entry links are broken for anyone onboarding from the README.
