Sambuxc/Sambuxc is a ✨ special ✨ personal repo portfolio as a Frontend web developer in Northwest England.

    • How did I get into Web Dev?

    I saw a niche market in a multi-massive online chatting community (MMOCC) game called Habbo Hotel in the early 2000s and decided to create fansites for myself and other players. I designed, coded and hosted websites and provided shoutcast radios so that visitors could enjoy music whilst exploring game guides, and prices of in-game furni.

    What is the most important thing to me?

    • Delivering excellent user-experience

    • Collaborating with QE's to create solid end-to-end automation tests

    • Code reviewing socratically

    • Feature documentation

    • Having fun!

    • Guiding others to success

    • Learning & growing

    So what actually are my skills?

    • Critically reviewing features and ensuring they are implemented correctly

    • Building responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web experiences for all

    • HTML, CSS, Typescript, Vue.js, Node and Cloud infrastructure deployments

    • Writing clean, maintainable code that follows best practices and coding standards

    • Delivering technical solutions to high-quality products

    To the future

    • I'm maintaining a backend node.js api server I created that I integrate with some of my client-side applications

    • Expanding my knowledge of backend development and cloud infrastructure deployments with more integrated CI/CD pipelines

    • Learning Swift and SwiftUI for iOS development.
