• adds a focused collaborative discussion sidebar audit package for SCIBASE issue Real-time collaborative research editor & interface #12
• validates section/file scoped threads, pinned evidence, stale blockers, locked-section participation, conflicting decisions, and reviewer tasks
• includes a sample audit packet, deterministic export report, SVG storyboard, requirement map, tests, and a short MP4 demo
