Component updates:

  • rubygem-aws-partitions: version 1.1237.0 -> 1.1238.0
  • rubygem-hiera-eyaml: version 5.0.0 -> 5.0.1
  • rubygem-multi_json: version 1.19.1 -> 1.20.1, added deps: rubygem-concurrent-ruby
  • rubygem-openvox: version 8.25.0 -> 8.26.0
  • rubygem-yard: version 0.9.39 -> 0.9.41

Adds the -s flag to git commit in the update_gems task.
