Update plot_mass_balance.py to use new globalStats budgets and plot total, grounded, and floating components, as well as fractional error between total volume change and sum of budget components.
Previous commit used total calving and facemelting on plot instead of just grounded components.
Plot absolute errors on another vertical axis on same panel as fractional errors.

Update plot_mass_balance.py to use new mass budget components introduced in MALI-Dev PR 38. It now uses globalStats.nc to plot global, grounded, and floating time-step-wise mass budgets, cumulative mass budgets, and both relative and absolute error to ensure that budgets close.
