- intro uncertainty notebook now intoduces the concept of a Monte Carlo simulation for estimating uncertainty
- In the fermenter monod model sensitivity is used to select a good measurement and then condition on the new measurement.

- sens_fermenter_monod - remove `const` (doesn't provide much speedup here and scares the students) - replace `range` with more familiar `:` - fix small typos - replaced some sidenotes by note admonition blocks (because i love them) - small rephrasing of some explanations - correct student version of `monod_meas` - remove unused `give_measurement` function - uncert_intro - let Pluto update the order of the code to reflect cell order (no functional changes)
