Removes Google AdSense script/meta injection from the app root document to prevent the Google CMP/cookie banner from appearing in production.

Changes:

• Remove google-adsense-account meta tag.
• Remove AdSense script (pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js).
