79 rename all namespaces pig to cas
- undefined list: all are allowed - empty list: none are allowed - with some positive and negative test cases
Rework examples, make XML consistent,
- improved normalizeId() as a consequence - added a test-case for id normalization
27 transform cascara to json ld
94 transform FMI to CASCaRA
- incremented version to 0.2.6 - removed 7 compile warnings
