Bumps the locked shell-quote dependency from 1.8.1 to 1.8.4 in the counter-dapp example frontend’s package-lock.json. The package is pulled in transitively (e.g. React Native CLI / devtools), not as a direct app dependency.

The lockfile diff also drops "dev": true on several optional @rollup/* platform entries—typical lockfile churn from reinstall, not a functional change to the example app.

1.8.4 adds stricter validation in quote for object-token shapes; intermediate releases fix quoting edge cases (empty strings, single-quote escaping).
