[1.0.0] Migrate to phpunit. Bump minimum version to PHP 8.2.

Migrating to PHPUnit and bumping the minimum version for this library to 8.2. My plan here is to align all the FreeDSx libraries on a 1.0 version with PHPUnit / PHPStan and real types.
