Global clinical AI workforce platform — structured curriculum, verifiable credentials, and career pathways for the next generation of clinical AI professionals.
RAIGH Academy (Responsible AI for Global Health) is EvidenceOS's workforce development platform. It delivers structured clinical AI education through a MOOC-to-credential pipeline, producing verifiable OpenBadges 3.0 credentials that signal competency to employers, institutions, and governments.
RAIGH addresses a critical global workforce gap: Africa has fewer than 1 AI researcher per million people compared to 100+ in North America. RAIGH Academy builds clinical AI capacity across three continents (Africa, North America, Nordic Europe) by training researchers, clinicians, and data scientists in evidence-based AI methodology — not just model building, but evaluation, safety, governance, and clinical deployment.
