Predicted Airbnb Price Analysis and HR Management Analysis

Problem

In this project, we perform two types of analysis using machine learning:

1. Airbnb Price Prediction
   Predict the prices of Airbnb listings based on features such as location, property type, amenities, and more.

2. HR Management Analysis
   Predict employee attrition, performance, or salary predictions to optimize HR strategies and improve employee retention.

Objective

• Airbnb Price Prediction: Predict the price of an Airbnb listing based on various features.
• HR Management Analysis: Predict employee attrition and evaluate performance and salary predictions.
