This P-R is useful to the external EasyUC project, and might be useful to other projects using EasyCrypt as an API. It exposes in the API for EcScope.Theory functions for manually beginning and finishing requires, not using a loader. (The alternative for EasyUC is to make edits to its copy of the EasyCrypt source when tracking changes to EasyCrypt.)
