Now uses MCP Config so we don't have to keep hand baking pre-1.13 style ones, as a result supports both 1.13 and 1.13.1 (and can do 1.13.2 if you make the mappings yourself from the repo). Also fixes
setupDecompWorkspaceso you can see the proper patched Minecraft sources again.Designed for DimensionalDevelopment/Rift#58, but should be backwards compatible with pre-existing Rift environments too.
