+
+Update CHANGELOG.md following the project's conventions.
+
+## Usage
+
+Run this skill whenever you make changes that should be documented.
+

+## Rules
+
+1. **Always update**: Every change must be in CHANGELOG.md
+2. **Top of file**: Add under "In development" section
+3. **Proper category**: Use correct category prefix
+4. **Link to PR/issue**: Include GitHub links
+5. **Credit author**: Include GitHub username
+6. **Clear description**: What changed and why (if not obvious)
+7. **Reference issues**: If fixing an issue, mention it
+
+## What NOT to Include
+
+- Internal refactoring that doesn't affect users
+- Build script changes (unless significant)
+- Documentation-only changes (unless major)
+- Test-only changes
+
+## Checklist
+
