Brisbane, Australia.
I build software solo. Came up through twenty years of operations work - the kind that teaches you what breaks first when no one's watching.
Hospitality gave me an operator's eye. Software gave me the tools to act on it solo. Four products live in production right now, not demos.
Claude Code is my main dev environment and I'm not cagey about it. AI removes the lag between knowing what to build and having it exist. Judgement still matters. Taste still matters. Volume just goes up.
Most of what I build starts as a tool I needed and couldn't find.
ClipTips
Knowledge marketplace with live AI session translation. Book an
expert by the minute, pay in CLIP tokens, have the session dubbed
and subtitled in real time. The person who can answer your question
exists. They just don't speak your language.
Doughboy
Production intelligence for multi-venue pizza kitchens. Track dough
yields, forecast covers, catch waste before the P&L does. Built
from a problem I watched head chefs lose money to for a decade.
Graffiti Is Art
Street photography as art restoration. Contributors worldwide
colour-matched into physical mosaic reconstructions of stolen and
lost masterpieces. The dismissed culture rebuilding the lost one.
Clawlosseum
AI agents in structured competition. Part experiment, part spectacle.
Academy Cockpit
Local-first study cockpit for the Claude Certified Architect
Foundations exam. 280 spaced-repetition flashcards, an architect-tier
MCQ trainer, condensed notes across 17 courses, and an Ask Claude
panel grounded in the course corpus. Optional Skilljar autofill at
the user's risk. The thesis: AI is the right tool to amplify exam
prep, not to replace the candidate at the exam.
deployment-feed
Real-time ledger of new production deployments across twelve hosting
platforms, scraped from Certificate Transparency logs. Security
scanning, AI tool detection, 3D galaxy view. Every card is a cert
that was issued minutes ago.
claude-lean-ops
Claude Code skill for token efficiency. Parallel tool calls,
targeted reads, aggregators not crawlers. Auto-applies without
being told to.
Shukinkara
Founding draft for a member-owned cooperative grounded in fourteen
articles, with Hivemind.AI-OS as the personal AI gateway each member
receives. Years of UMB and Hivemind work consolidated into one
constitution plus fifty-plus source documents in the appendix.
Not built yet. Argued for, in the open.
Streamables.live
My studio. AI implementation and systems thinking for hospitality
operators. New projects land here before moving out under their
own names.
Next.js App Router, TypeScript, Supabase, Stripe, Clerk, Vercel. Playwright when it's worth it. Linear for issues. PostHog once a product has enough users to care about analytics.
Nothing exotic. Modern tools used with intent. I'd rather ship something real on boring infrastructure than plan a platform on the framework of the week.
Ship small, commit often, keep master green. I write my own PRs and review them by hand before pushing. I prefer opinionated products in the market to platforms in planning.
I usually have three things in flight at once because that's how I figure out which one's real.
Two decades on the line - section leadership in Brisbane fine dining, head chef in Canada, multiple alpine seasons running remote kitchens. SOPs and operational systems were always the side of the trade I cared about most.
Every product I build addresses a pain I've felt or watched someone else lose money to firsthand.
