Refresh website UX and add dynamic contributors listing

Summary

• refresh landing and documentation UX with improved navigation behavior, consistent styling, and clearer quickstart/module presentation
• modernize shared layout includes and remove legacy browser shims while tightening docs sidebar/search usability
• add an automated contributors pipeline that aggregates contributors across AtlassianPS repositories and publishes a dedicated /contributors/ page linked from the homepage snapshot

• bundle exec jekyll build --baseurl ""
• Open homepage on desktop and narrow/mobile widths and verify hero, quickstart, module grid, and navbar interactions
• Open docs/JiraPS/ and verify search dropdown sizing/wrapping and docs code-block styling
• Open /contributors/ and verify table rendering plus homepage people-section link target
