Overview
Adds new database integration docs entries by introducing Clickhouse, MongoDB, and Postgres to the databases _meta.tsx navigation (grouped under a new Optimized separator).

Extends the generated toolkit catalog by adding new clickhouse.json, mongodb.json, and postgres.json descriptors and registering them in toolkit-docs-generator/data/toolkits/index.json.

Bumps generated toolkit versions/timestamps for Brightdata (0.4.0→0.5.0), Linkedin (0.3.0→1.1.0), and Zendesk (0.5.0→0.6.0), plus updates next-env.d.ts to import Next route types from ./.next/types/routes.d.ts.
