This PR removes the beta notices from the App Builder DB docs. It will be merged on March 16.

The DB plugin for the AIO CLI requires @adobe/aio-cli-plugin-app version 14.5.1 or higher and @adobe/aio-cli-plugin-app-storage version 1.3.0 or higher.

These are install automatically by updating @adobe/aio-cli to the latest version:

npm install -g @adobe/aio-cli

In case you installed the early access versions of the plugins, these should be uninstalled before updating @adobe/aio-cli:

aio plugins:uninstall @adobe/aio-cli-plugin-app
aio plugins:uninstall @adobe/aio-cli-plugin-app-storage
