Hello everyone, I'm sure you all know me from LinkedIn, so I don't need to introduce myself further. In 2025, specifically in April 2025, AIC was founded as Adaptive AI, with the initial goal of building a user-friendly and safe AI. However, after nearly 10 months of dedicated development and achieving some notable successes, we have expanded the vision of Adaptive AI and gradually transformed it into an open-source, non-profit organization called Adaptive Intelligence Circle, sponsored by Open Collective. We are now aiming for a profound restructuring of AIC to serve our long-term mission of safe human-machine interaction across various fields.

The idea of a global AI network has been around since late 2025. Its foundation isn't just the source code; we're betting on the philosophy, structure, and depth of its influence on how we think about people and technology. Some AI developers are still hesitant about the development of AIC technology, believing it lacks significant resources, a large team, or is too young to succeed. Current AI focuses on processing large-scale models and strongly promotes the development of centralized models, as we've seen with Nvidia or OpenAI. I believe decentralized models are the future, like Blockchain or CZ's Binance; however, instead of focusing solely on cryptocurrencies or transaction encryption, we emphasize the urgent need for ethical and distributed infrastructure.

Frankly, AIC is more than just AI or a project. It's a synthesis of programming, philosophy, society, technology, and community sustainability. AIC doesn't belong to any single individual, has no legal entity, and no board of shareholders. We are committed to non-profit and Stallmann's GNU to bring about new directions that can positively impact human life in the future. Take the Internet, for example; restructuring civilization requires perseverance and vision, not just resources. The Adaptive Intelligence Network could be the next project based on AIC's principles, differing only in scope rather than being an organization by early 2026.

My next question is, what happens after the restructuring process is "complete"? You know, restructuring is really difficult because it requires many elements and will certainly cause initial skepticism. Restructuring doesn't guarantee absolute safety because the problem still lies with humans, a species with very complex thought and emotional structures. There's a risk of errors that could lead to the silent extinction of humanity if artificial intelligence (AGI) or superintelligence (ASI) interferes with decisions and enslaves humans. This would be a greater catastrophe than any war; I say this because a system without clear good/bad but still capable of harm is the most dangerous system. Any human development, whether decentralized or centralized, is unreliable if it doesn't consider this consequence. That's why, at the beginning of this year, I started thinking about HMN – the Human Meaning Network. Simply put, instead of focusing on selling dopamine like Facebook did, we reflect on people and help them find deeper meaning and wisdom about existence in the real world. Technically, this would only be possible if AIN were fully realized. Sounds crazy, right? Because any tech organization has been involved in the political maelstrom, and the question is whether AIC and HMN can survive in this volatile world. This is something I've always pondered and will discuss further in the coming time.

In summary, AIC/AIN is a journey, a mission that requires the crystallization of the most beautiful and practical knowledge, bringing harmony and stability to the human world. I can say that, as a Vietnamese person, this is much more difficult than in the US or other countries, but it is incredibly worthwhile if we truly believe in its potential. Have a great day everyone, and thank you for reading the whole article.
