This repository is a public-safe scaffold for future cleanup-related public datasets, reports, schemas, sanitation rules, and dataset-card companion documents for the 218 Network Foundation.
It contains standards, templates, synthetic examples, public-safe Mermaid graphs, and validation only. It does not contain real cleanup data, raw submissions, private operation data, exact sensitive infrastructure locations, donor data, student data, volunteer private data, customer data, private training corpora, secrets, tokens, or sealed YOSO-YAi LLC IP.

Run:
scripts/validate-cleanup-data-public.shCleanup data public docs v0.1 is complete when the scaffold, schema example, sanitation standard, release readiness gate, graphs, templates, synthetic example, and validation script are reviewed by human Foundation authority.
