Allow array of VMArgs to be passed into the debug tasks

Currently the debug task only supports a single string of space separated VMArgs, would it be possible to add support for a JSON array of string. This currently works in VSCode and would make migrating debug tasks much easier

This is an example debug task:

I would like to be able to have the vmArgs as an array. Currently there is a warning of incorrect type, expected string and the debugger does not start within Zed.

In vsCode I am able to specify the vmArgs in this format. I imagine they do something akin to joining the elements in the array with a space in order to obtain just a string.

Taking a deeper look, this also seems to be the case for the args field so maybe the same change could be implemented there too.
