Review and assess privacy and data collection practices

• Do we explain where and how information is collected and stored?
• Do we articulate how long information about people are kept?
• Is there a dedicated person accountable for adhering to privacy guidelines, etc... ?

There are bigger questions here that we need to address, but this is a start. Please edit/add to this as we figure out how to make sure that we approach privacy and data collection with intent.
