Please add/enabled avahi and mDNS so that the BMC can be found via hostname vs tracking down IP's

It would need useful to add/enabled avahi and mDNS so that the BMC could be found via turingpi.local (as the hostname has now been fixed). The avahi package is part of buildroot's code. Thanks!
