Describe the bug

When searching for "approval signals" on https://docs.temporal.io, the search
results include multiple sections from the tutorial "Building Durable MCP Tools With Temporal".
All of the returned section links lead to a "Page Not Found" error when clicked.

All links result in a "Page Not Found" (404) error. It appears that https://docs.temporal.io/tutorials/ai/building-mcp-tools-with-temporal/adding-hitl-to-mcp-tools/#step-3-adding-signals-for-human-approval (and other sections) has moved to
https://learn.temporal.io/tutorials/ai/building-mcp-tools-with-temporal/adding-hitl-to-mcp-tools/#step-3-adding-signals-for-human-approval but it hasn't been updated in some places.
