[TASK] Add integration tests to CI

Task summary

Add CI workflow for running integration tests, specifically add the integration tests from PR #158 . There needs to be some consideration into the initial setup within the CI environment. An attempt to use subtxt was made but there was an issue of the client not connecting to the node.
