I want to use xml library to write a xml file, the code works fine but nothing generated.

You can not write the filesystem directly from the browser. You need to send the file to a server that can access your filesystem. Or there is a filesystem api but I don't know where it is now: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/FileSystemFileHandle#writing_a_file
