Idk how to set the coordinates

I have Mofiki's Coordinate and tried to edit the "answer_bot.py" changed the coordinates but idk how can someone please tell me how to set the coordinates? step by step please.

Maybe using proper grammar would help get answers? However, the creator easily made it simple to do so. Inside the file and under the ScreenGrab() Function. Simple coding knowledge would be able to tell you that don't be a da** script kiddy.
