Experiment with using Cloudfront CDN instead of S3 Bucket

Cloudfront has made massive improvements in deployment time. Experiment with adding a CDN in front of the S3 bucket to improve load times/distribution to different regions.

Will probably be easiest to do this after #15 is complete.

Note we'll also need to redo the mapping of the custom domain.
