Remove stats.js

We now have individual stats. We don't need to pull all of the data at once.

A lot of work was done regarding this in #43, and then some follow up commits that use that data instead of the full stats.js file. There are a couple pages that still haven't been refactored out of using all the stats so stats.js remains, but shouldn't be used in the report unless needed.

Long term goal is to remove it. It can be a VERY large file and splitting it up makes a lot more sense.
