Request for Guidance on JIRA to ADO Migration Limitations

Hi Team,

I am currently conducting a small POC for the JIRA to ADO migration using the available tools and have encountered the following issues:

1. Custom links in JIRA—such as is cloned by, be aware of, etc.—are not migrating even though the mappings have been provided. Only the default relationships like parent/child are working.
2. The dates captured in ADO (e.g., work item created date, comment added date) are not accurate and show discrepancies of several weeks or months. ( is this an expected behavior)
3. Is there a way to migrate multiple sprints from JIRA to ADO, for example as tags?

I would like to understand whether these issues are known limitations or if upgrading the license version would help resolve them.
