Rewrite: AI Best practices small changes

Proposed Adjustment

• The section for Crafting the initial prompt could be rewritten. I believe that this could be adjusted to just cover the prompting best practices. For example, the section for delving into prompt configuration feels unnecessary. I think we should instead link directly to the prompt engineering best practices if customers want to explore prompt tuning in a more detailed manner and move this information there. This is less of the "SignalWire AI best practice" type and definitely more of the "AI prompt engineering" type to me.
