I've seen people running this on Kernel 6.12 on Android.

We've figured out enabling features required for droidspaces in GKI kernels without breaking the kernel ABI, and even docker works.

It's just undocumented for now except in this comment:#23 (comment)

If you have an one plus device, you can go to the wild kernels official repo. They already began to implement droidspaces support for GKI one plus devices by default.
