[qnn] About the quantilization evaluation.

Hello Teams,

Now I compile the model with remote server, and I need test it with local machine.

I found you kindly add SimpleADB to test the model and seems can evaluate it? (I dont test it)

So, how can I evaluation my quantilization simply. Can i load the .pt2 model and simulate running? Is the result be different with runing on the local qualcomm devices?

Looking forward to you suggestions.
