Inconsistent name or operation for shoot_multiplier in football

Hi!

While skimming the code I saw this line. Is the multiplier supposed to be added or should it actually be a multiplication?

shoot_force[..., X] = agent.action.u[..., -1] + self.u_shoot_multiplier

Can you have a look at #156? do you think it is sensible? the idea is that it is backwards compatible if the users were using the defaults
