Remove the User Survey Link from the Welcome Screen

The 2025 Processing Community Survey is now closed.

The next release of Processing should remove the survey link that was added in #1336

Alternatively, we could keep the link but change the copy and point https://survey.processing.org to a placeholder page for the survey report page. cc @ksen0

For now let's remove the link, as it would probably lower engagement overtime to keep it up pointing to a placeholder?

Side note: would that be a good candidate for a feature flag?
