Update readme and patternfly-docs css file to match new log viewer specific css import

After patternfly/patternfly#6829 lands we should update the patternfly-docs.css.js file to pull in the log viewer stylesheet from log viewer itself, and update the readme to tell consumers they will need to pull in that stylesheet going forward.
